LaMarche Safranko Law Announces That All Criminal Charges Against Anthony Gucciardo, The Capital Region’s Leading Real Estate Broker, Will Be Dismissed

Watervliet, NY – Today, all criminal charges filed in the Watervliet City Court against Anthony Gucciardo by his ex-fiancé and his ex-fiancé’s mother, including stalking, harassment, aggravated harassment and falsely reporting an incident have been adjourned in contemplation of dismissal. The final dismissal will go into effect in 15 days.

Mr. Gucciardo admitted no guilt or any wrongdoing and is not required to pay any court fees. No orders of protection were issued. This result comes after a nearly eight-month legal battle wherein Mr. Gucciardo steadfastly maintained his innocence.

“2020 has been a very difficult year and in particular, these charges have directly impacted me and my business,” said Gucciardo. “Additionally, we are all dealing with the daily impact of COVID and sadly, I recently lost a loved one to cancer. This has all been very tough, but I am focused on staying positive and look forward to a happier 2021 where I can continue to be a leader in the Capital Region real estate market.”
